WOW, what an amazing stay! The onsen was simply divine—I went multiple times and felt completely relaxed every visit. The location is spot on, just a stone's throw from Chinatown and close to cute shopping spots. Plus, the free washing machines were a lifesaver after days of traveling! Oh, and I adored the massage chairs; they were the perfect treat after a long day of exploring.

On the downside, the restaurant menu was a bit limited, so that could be a bummer if you're looking for variety. Also, we found the pillows were a tad hard for our liking, but hey, that might just be a personal preference! Overall, though, nothing major took away from our fabulous romantic escape!

i stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was family-friendly, with excellent and favourable location just next door to subway. the staff was exceptional and around most of the time. the room was big size, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and a fridge. i had a comfortable bed for great sleep.

Conveniently situated right next to the subway and Chinatown, this place was super easy to get around. the family room we booked was surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

Travelling for a week, I found Dormy Inn fantastic. Free washing machines were a lifesaver. Loved the local sweet touch and onsen experience. Conveniently located by Chinatown and Kobe Tower, with affordable public transportation. Complimentary ramen, ice cream, and snacks were delightful. Room size was good, and buffet breakfast was worth it. Excellent service and amenities like massage chairs and hot springs. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, modern facilities, and convenient location near Chinatown. Onsen with perfect temperature. Great value for money, close to public transportation and shopping. A highlight of our trip to Japan.

The room was cozy with a nice electric kettle for tea, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. As someone who loves a comfy space, this room felt just right for winding down after a day of exploring Kobe.

The cafe food wasn't my favorite, but hey, tastes vary!

Absolutely fantastic facilities and staff, free washing machines, great hot springs, gorgeous public bath, well-equipped changing rooms, free massage chairs.

The public bath was really nice with both indoor and outdoor baths. It was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the staff was really helpful and accommodating with any requests we had. the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city and a short walk away from popular shopping areas.

The room was a bit underwhelming. The decor was outdated and the room felt cramped, not leaving much space for us to move around comfortably.

The hot springs were definitely the best part of our weekend stay. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside. the changing facilities were stocked with basic toiletries and some comfortable massage chairs to use. the hotel's location was also great, with a couple of beautiful attractions within walking distance.

Our room was a bit cramped and outdated, which was a shame. the bedding was a little too firm for our liking, making it difficult to get comfortable at night.

We were blown away by the quality of Dormy Inn's facilities. the sauna and baths were absolutely lovely, and the entire place was well-equipped, attractive, and clean. We also appreciated the convenience of the washing facilities and enjoyed using the massage chairs. the staff was exceptional, always polite and helpful. Dormy Inn provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
